This secular journey to inner peace will be led by Khenpo Chophel, a Buddhist monk, and will be based on Buddhist principles of meditation, but will be taught in a secular style that will be accessible to anyone regardless of religious affiliation or nonaffiliation. The program will be varied throughout the weekend, and in addition to sitting meditation will include talks, walking meditation, and light stretching, as well as the opportunity for individual guidance if desired.
