How can movement deepen meditation—and how can meditation bring greater awareness to movement?

Join Karuna Buddhist Center for a conversation with Master Winnie, a longtime collaborator and valued friend of our community. She will explore the relationship between qigong and meditation, offering insight into how these complementary practices can support one another and become part of a more integrated daily practice.

Qigong brings together movement, breathing, and attentive awareness. Meditation offers a way to cultivate steadiness and deepen our understanding of the mind. Together, they invite us to explore the connection between physical ease, presence, and the capacity to meet our experience with greater openness.

Whether you are curious about these practices or looking to deepen an established practice, this gathering offers an opportunity to learn from a teacher whose training bridges Buddhist meditation and embodied practice.
