Mindfulness--whether in meditation or in daily life--involves awareness, nonjudgment, and acceptance of what is. For most of us, however, judgment of whatever we encounter happens automatically, leading to a lack of compassion for ourselves as well as others. Lama Nancy will talk about unconditional positive regard and how we can cultivate it even if don't necessarily have much experience of it. Learning to accept everybody as they really makes our life much easier while making the world [...]
This is individual practice done in a group--i.e. we are all in the same room doing our own practice at the same time. Especially designed for those doing the Ngondro (Foundation) practices of Tibetan Buddhism, but also open to anyone who wants to do their individual chanting, visualization, or mantra practice in a group environment. Bring your own text and supporting materials and stay for all or part of the session.

As Khenpo Rinpoche sums up, "Know this life to be like a dream, [...]
