🧘 Curious about meditation, but not sure where to begin?

Join us on September 19 for a FREE Introduction to Meditation designed for students, beginners, and anyone in the Ann Arbor community interested in developing a more grounded relationship with their mind.

Meditation doesn’t require special beliefs, perfect concentration, or hours of free time. It begins simply—with learning how to pause, pay attention, and become more familiar with your own experience.

During this welcoming introductory session, we’ll explore practical meditation techniques that can help you:

• Work with stress and a busy mind
• Develop greater focus and awareness
• Create a meditation practice that fits into everyday life
• Understand the foundations of mindfulness from both practical and Buddhist perspectives

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to reconnect with your practice, you’re welcome.
