Meditate Anywhere 

Unlock the power of mindfulness no matter where you are with this transformative workshop. We’ll explore techniques that allow you to meditate effectively in any environment, whether in the heart of the city, a quiet park, or your own home. 

When: October 5th, Noon-1:30pm 
Where: Starting on the Diag and moving around the U-M campus and Downtown Ann Arbor  

Khenpo Chophel will lead this workshop, giving instructions for focusing on breath, sense input, and body movements during both sitting and walking meditation. You will be able to use these methods to stay mindful and present wherever you go. 

What to Bring: 
Comfortable walking shoes and rain gear 
A cushion or blanket to sit on 
An open mind and a willingness to explore
